I don't even know if my order went thru…

So I don't even know if my order went through. The website is hopeless, specifically the payment page. I clicked on the Direct to PayPal button, no problem with the PayPal website, then I was returned to the Triumph website where there was a message saying that my address had failed???I re-entered some information such as my email address confirmation, but then wasn't sure what to do, as the only option was to click the PayPal button again - and pay twice???Confused, I then sent Triumph a message by the query form - when I clicked on Send nothing happened!So can I now assume that I've sent them £70 but won't get any goods????Would never buy from them again!

Excellent

Excellent, straight forward service. Good products, well made and long lasting. Although they took a little longer than usual to give me refund, they sent an email to apologise in the meantime.

My vife got a nightgown as Christmas…

My vife got a nightgown as Christmas present from our daughter. She bought it on the 10 of November and gave it on the 24 of December. It was two sizes to small. We contacted Triumph when they were back after the holidays. We just wanted to change it to the right size. We vere told that they would not change the nightgown do to the date of purchase, but considering that it was a Christmas gift it is a very very bad customers service. But they offered us that we could bye a new one!!!Never again will we do buisnes with this company.Peter Dresen

Bad experience

I received the order confirmation shortly after I placed the order, but after that nothing happened and according to the order confirmation the parcel should arrive on the 15th or 16th December, but it never arrived and after I had written to customer service and also spoken to customer service they could not find my order and I had to go to the Triumph shop on Strøget to buy the Christmas present, where I received great service.I must say that I had expected, that a company like Triumph had better track of there ordering process and I will not recommend others to use the web shop.

Confusing user experience and slow customer service

Very poor user interface on webshop and incredibly long response times from customer service. Furthermore, customer service was unwilling to help me fix my problem.

Very poor service and poor quality compared to previous orders

I have ordered from Triumph UK several times in the last few years, and generally had good experiences when I haven't needed to return an item, BUT I have had 2 experiences in the last 2 years where I have needed to return an item and get an exchange, and the customer service is very bad. I don't know what has changed recently in the company. One item was to get an exchange for Sloggi evernew in Feb 2019, which came with a lifelong product guarantee when I bought it, but a couple of years later the return form for this guarantee was nowhere to be found online: it took 11 emails (I saved them all as I couldn't believe how poor the service was) and 2 overseas phone calls before the issue was resolved, there was no apology given for the trouble caused to me, the system seems to be set up to frustrate the customer. The more recent order last month was for Sloggi 24/7 underwear and bra: both are in a scratchy cotton that does not stretch like their Sloggi Basic range, and are quite uncomfortable. I asked how I could leave a review on the Triumph website (I had read good reviews on the site for my items and wished to give a useful accurate review). After 3 emails asking how to leave a review, I was told that there is no system for customers to leave a review! Who has left the positive reviews on their site if not the customers?I would advise if you wish to buy their products to not do so through the website, but to support a local store selling them, so you can determine if the quality is good enough, and you will not waste a HUGE amount of time with really appalling customer service.

Torn fabric and didn't refund the…

Torn fabric and didn't refund the money. We sent back part of the order and they didn't refund the full money - asking for return proof; however, we don't have proof at item level as we just stuck the label they provided. Bad experience. Do not recommend!

It is too hard to return an item

It is too hard to return an item. I have bought three items online and I want to return, but I lost the return form. I wrote email and asked for a new return form but they have not answer. I drove to their store in the Kolding and wanted to return, but they said it is only possible to return those to the post office and they do not accept return in the store! Toooooooo complicated to return! It is meaningless!

Where is my refund?

Two weeks after having received notification that money would be returned to my account I'm still waiting. E-mails are not answered and after having made a phone call the answer was that "a ticket" would be opened, but I would not be able to get a receipt of said action. Never again - never!

taken payment but no order history or confirmation email

have taken a payment but no email confirmation, no order history and no way of contacting on website. Have tried emailing through a link on a previous order but not even an auto response to say they have received the email. However, they are super quick to take the payment!
